Adds just enough warmth
This is my 2nd Airlight Vest. Just love it. Great for travel and Arizona winters. Finishes off a casual outfit nicely. I hope Bean continues to offer this and in new colors. I have black and rose/mauve. The fabric on the newer black seems a little lighter than the mauve, but I still love it. Please bring back gray.

This is a great vest!!
It's from L.L.Bean; what can it be besides great?! Which it is; I love it. The collar goes up or lays flat easily. The weight is perfect for summer: light enough to be helpful but not heavy enough to be uncomfortable. I would definitely buy it again.

LOVE this vest
I love this Airlight vest. I own in 3 different colors. It is light-weight, not-bulky, and adds just enough warmth for a cool situation. Love the pockets. The horizontal ribbed fabric adds a nice touch, and I like that the colors and piping materials are not high contrast, i.e., the piping is a similar color to the material but a bit darker, NOT orange on blue etc. I wish LLBean would make it in a cream or off-white color with cream or off-white piping. I own some of the Airlight jackets as well.

Pockets don’t zip
I have the jacket version which I like, so thought I would try a vest. I returned it because the pockets don’t zip on the vest version. Also, the vest isn’t offered in Petite sizing.
