Quality is slipping
I purchased an airlight vest several years ago and wanted another in a different color. This years vest is disappointing because the material feels cheap. I have bought LL Bean clothing for over 40 years, happily paying a higher price for quality products. Unfortunately for the last 5 years or so I have been dismayed by the obvious downgrade in quality. I only occasionally shop at Beans now, hoping the clothing gets better, but so far I just haven't seen it. And dont get me started on the way they promonately emblazon their name on everything. Come on LL Bean, go back to your roots offer us the quality we were used to.

As another reviewer mentioned, this vest completes an outfit. The LL Bean logo gives it a sporty look. I am a huge fan purchasing six vests. I think white would be a great color for the summer.

Perfect Vest!
So glad I purchased this vest! It is light and comfortable, just the right amount of warmth, and perfect for wearing under my LL Beam anorak (windbreaker) on our sail boat when the wind is chilly off the water.

Nice all around vest
Light, functional vest, very nice for travel. Warm enough for AC, cool evenings, but probably not for winter weather in Washington State. Roomy fit, so a light sweater under it is not a problem. I do wish the LL Bean logo was not so prominent. Maybe in script in a like color near the hem?
