Perfect for family Safari!
We bought these for a one-in-a-lifetime family safari, having been told that each person should have binoculars. We also bought the slightly smaller 10x25 to save a few dollars. These were the preferred pair and were perfect for animal and bird watching - definitely recommend!

Discovery Waterproof Binoculars 10x42
Purchased these 10x42 binoculars to replace an old set of binoculars that had served me well for decades. I found the focusing adjuster for each eye not really well designed, slightest rubbing on clothes or bumping or laying down moved the adjusters. Next use, things were out of focus. I definitely didn't like or want to be readjusting when I need to be looking quickly. Construction was good but functionally not for me.

Poor quality
I initially loved these but am sad to say that they quickly fell apart (an eye piece simply came unglued from the body of the binoculars). A shame.
