Four and a half stars
I’ve had a very hard time finding a winter coat that meets my needs for warmth and style. I tried a warmer coat from LL Bean, but it made me look like a sack of potatoes despite my 5”3, 100 pound frame. This coat has a good silhouette, though it doesn’t hang quite right. That’s why I can’t give it a 5 star rating. It’s warm enough for most New York City winter days as long as I wear a quilted vest underneath it. The hood fits well.

Great winter coat as advertised
I mostly love this coat. It’s very warm without being bulky. I haven’t had the chance to test it in rain or snow to see how waterproof it is, but it’s great so far in 20° weather. There are only 3 small critiques I’ll add but are not enough to take any stars off… 1) the Velcro on the zipper flap is pretty annoying since they stick together when you’re trying to zip/unzip it. It would be better if they were snaps. 2) the zipper frequently gets caught/stuck on the inside fabric as I’m trying to zip it up. I just hope it doesn’t rip. 3) I wish it had more inside pockets, or like some of your other coats, 4 external pockets (2 that are hidden/inside another pocket).
I will say I really like the hood. Most of the time I dislike them as they are bulky and never stay up when you want them to. This one is perfect. I also really like the color both inside and out. The soft inside cuffs are great too helping to keep cold air out.

Very nice coat
I loved the coat, but unfortunately by the time I decided what size I needed it was no longer available in that size. I guess I’ll wait until next year. The coat was light, nice color, warm and waterproof. It would’ve been perfect.

Good quality
Despite my initial impression that it offered slightly more features, this coat remains a satisfactory winter garment. While I had anticipated wearing it during the autumn season, its weight makes it more suitable for winter. I ordered a size large petite, which fits me perfectly, providing ample room without appearing boxy.
