This is the pant for you
The elastic waist and tie make this pant a perfect fit. There are plenty of roomy pockets for everything I have to carry on my long dog walks. The material is light weight but can handle warmer temps as well as much cooler temps. These pants even look good enough to run errands in! The slim leg is still roomy, not snug at all, which I like.

Defective cord
I love these pants but when I washed them, the pull cord at the waist twisted very strangely and it's that way all the way into the pants. I never noticed it before. I was going to buy another to replace these but now they're $10 more! It seems there should be a way to replace a defective item at the same original cost.

Very Comfortable Slacks
These are my new favorite slacks. Love the wide elastic waist band to easily pull on the pants. They are very comfortable. Appreciate the faux front closure that give the appearance of zipped up slacks. They fit true to size and not too long for my 5’3” frame. Zipped pockets don’t add a lot of bulk and keep things secure. Quick drying.

Love These Pants. Light Weight and cool
I am 69 years old and 5'2" and ordered the regular length. I believe these were supposed to be above the ankle length but I love how they come to the top of my boots in a tapered manor. The overall look is very flattering. I have put them through the test of hiking mountains as well as hiking on non-tended trails where you are mostly bushwhacking. They held up very well. Although the weather was very hot (over90), I needed the longer pants to block mosquito and ticks. They are very light weight and cool. I liked them so much, I ordered several pairs. I usually take size medium but the small fit very well. Plenty of room for hiking up mountains.

Almost perfect
The Vista pants are so lightweight they work well for warmer weather hiking, but also look good for everyday about town. I love the slim pant length! I bought medium size, but the waist seemed a bit loose. I don't like the stretch draw cord waist. Can't snug them to fit properly.
