These are nice for women too!
I ordered (and reviewed) a pair of these pants in black for my husband. They seemed nice, and since you don't have this style/fabric for women, I took a chance on ordering a pair for myself.
The gray is a bit darker than the photo, which I like. I am 5'6" and wear an XL in women's pants. I ordered the multisport pants in men's XL, with a 30" inseam. The fit is almost perfect; the rise is just a little lower than I like.
The only thing we've discovered since I reviewed my husbands pants, is that it is a bit difficult to operate the little pinch thing to gather the leg hem.
