Lack of windows and ventilation
I ended up returning my tent after two uses since I was disappointed. True to llbean reputation this tent was constructed well. The self-shutting magnetic door was awesome for my kids and I thought it was easy to put up. It was nice and tall so very easy to stand and move about. However, I was very disappointed that there were only 3 tiny windows and no ventilation at all on the 4th side of the tent. It made it impossible to get a cross-breeze during the warm summer camping season. We were in very buggy areas near beautiful waterways so we couldn’t keep the door open due to the bugs. Not only did we miss nice views since we couldn’t see out, but we were also very sweaty. I can’t attest to how it does in rain, but the dew did not get through the fly. For the price, I felt like it came up short on a major feature, hence my decision to return.

Elbow piece ripped out on initial set-up attempt. They're sending a replacement but who knows if that one will be better quality. This was a birthday present for an upcoming camping trip. Will have to last minute hit up Big Agnes now.
