Poor Quality.
I ordered 2 of these, one for each of my kids. I found the poles to be nice but the reels were of poor quality. Used on just one outing: The casting button broke on one and the retrieval mechanism constantly jammed on the other. I returned for credit without any issues.

Bad reel
The reel jams easily, and is assembled in such a way that unscrewing the cover dumps the mechanism into your had as you repeatedly unknot the line.
Used twice and returned.
