"Sam, you made the pants too long"
I have been ordering and happily wearing the sunwashed canvas pants for years. I just retired a pair I had bought in 2017! However, my new pair is longer than the old pair and had to be hemmed. I ordered petite as usual, but they were still a bit too long.

THEY RUN LARGE --INDEED!
I guess I did not review previously submitted reviews about these running large. They do... They were too expensive to give away, I probably would have to hunt down the receipt and so the alternative is to have them altered-- which will cost money. If I were not swimming in them, I would wear them anyway, but the size is all wrong.

Huge; thin fabric
I was hoping for a long version of the sunwashed shorts, which I love. It's not. The fabric is much thinner and although I bought the same med size I take in the shorts, the pants are huge.

Canvas pants
Nice material, a bit heavy for what I wanted, but very large. The legs also seemed tapered so were uncomfortable to do a lot of bending. Bean sizes are not the same between items, as some large fits perfect and some are too big.

I’m a long time LLbean customer
Items purchased in past 6 or 7 years are sometimes great sometimes disappointing and need to be returned for quality issues
These pants are 100 percent cotton and extremely comfortable wash and wear well
If they will only be offering pants and other clothing with “stretch “ under the guise of “comfort “and “breath ability “ count me out
I would rather pay more for premium cotton 💯
