The rugged rubber outsole is not only built for stability, but flexibility too; the cushioned EVA midsole ensures all-day ease - and both are built from the same materials as top-of-the-line walking and running shoes.
- Soft padded nylon collar with cozy fleece lining for added warmth and comfort.
- Siped rubber outsole with multi-lugged tread for a strong grip on wet or icy surfaces.
- SolarCore foam underfoot provides a warm barrier to keep feet insulated from cold, wet surfaces.
- Covered polyurethane foam innersole with NXT for odor control.

Nice quality “utility” boot
Nice boot for a clearance sale. LL Bean ruggedness and quality. Looks like they will be warm and definitely waterproof for Maine winters. However they are a little stiff around the ankle, will take some breaking in, and a little boring in color but will definitely serve the purpose.

Excellent quality
These boots are so well-constructed. You can feel how sturdy they are when you're wearing them and yet they are extremely comfortable. I love how toasty warm my feet feel when I'm wearing them. They make a great winter boot and I'm so glad I purchased them.

Great for snow
I was pleased with how warm they kept my feet in the snow and temperatures that were less than 32 degrees. I rated a 4 stars because I would have like them to have a little more cushion.

Not the “Grip” I expected
Nice boot - however I found them to be slippery in a few inches of snow. Not the grip I thought they would have. I’ve only used them once shoveling.

Indispensable!

Waterproof and insulated
The neck of the boot rubs uncomfortably against my shin so I cannot wear them for more than half of mile. Hopefully they will soften as I break them in. These are insulated, waterproof, and classically styled. There is room for heavy socks with my regular shoe size.

HEAVY AND STIFF
They may be great but not for me. I didn’t even try them on. Just picking them out of the box they were too stiff and heavy. I should have read the description better.
