excellent watch. I wanted a tritium watch and I got this one from ll bean. it glows in the dark everywhere it's dark and I can tell what time it is in dark places, which is reason I bought this watch. it is accurate and easy to read the time. quality of this watch is very good. discount was nice and appreciated. It is the most inexpensive tritium watch I could find on the internet. Thank you llbean.

luminous watch, good looking, crystal cracks
My favorite L.L. Bean watch of many years was stolen in a home invasion robbery. I immediately ordered a new Casco Bay Field Watch June 15th, 2024. Loved it. It is now September 27th and the crystal cracked as I was sitting in my chair?? I will call L.L. Bean in the morning an ask what I can do about it. Very disappointed.

Excellent Watch
This watch is terrific. I have several watches and this one is now my “ go to”one. It keeps excellent time, is comfortable to wear and is a piece of cake to see in the dark. It even came with 2 straps ( cloth and leather). All in all I am very satisfied with this purchase!

Well made watch. I also like the changeable bands.
Bought this watch to replace a Bean field watch I had bought back in the early 90s. It still works fine, but the tritium illumination is spent. This is a good watch, works fine and the tritium dial is bright. The only gripe I have is not with this watch; it is just that Bean doesn't still carry the one I bought before. It is a little smaller, with a 38 mm case and I would have bought another one in a heartbeat.

My 3rd LL Bean watch . Flawless , keeps perfect time . The only thing that could stop it was a car running over it . First one I lost canoeing .

Can not recommend
Unfortunately, I am unable to recommend this watch. I have had three of this watch and the crystal on all three broke after about six months of daily use. This is very unusual for L.L. Bean products. It keeps time very well and I really liked the bands, but the crystal is a big issue.
