Inconsistent sizing
Great shorts, my husband has been wearing them for a few years. So when he lost weight we went to the store to but a size down. He was wearing a 36. He tried 34 and they were a bit too snug. So we ordered size 35 ( not avail in store).when the size 35 waist x
Came they were way too tight. The 35” were tighter than the 34” ! LL Bean please addresss this quality issue !

Great for travel and hiking.
Ordered them for husband. Comfortable , easy wash and dry material, zippered pockets, great for travel! Just wish they came in a slightly shorter version such as 7 or 8 inch. Haven’t worn them yet, i guess we’ll keep them.

I love these shorts except for one thing
If they had deeper pockets, they'd be perfect. I cannot carry my cell phone securely: if I put it in the side pockets, it slips out when I sit down. The leg pockets cannot be zipped close with the cell phone inside. BTW, it's not a big cell pnoe, at just 6.5 inches tall.

Incorrect waist and length sizes
I have purchased many Men's Cresta Hiking Shorts, Pants, and Lined Pants over the last few years, have considered these products my favorites, and have always been happy with the quality. However, in the last year or so, I have been disappointed with most of my orders, because the waist and length sizes have been incorrectly labelled and have been wrong most of the time. L. L. Bean needs to watch these products more carefully.
