Top is smaller tan previous years.
I purchased this dress for myself and another size for my daughter. Compared to the ones I have from previous years the overlap on top is a bit smaller. I will need a cami underneath. Still a comfortable, versatile dress.

No pockets, too low in front.
I have this dress in 2 prints. It's a great dress for many occasions from running errands to an evening out.
I am giving it only 3 stars for lack of pockets and the front is too low. I had to sew the v neck up to prevent my bra from.showing.
The fabric washes and dries beautifully, packs well for travelling.

Great fabric; comfy and flattering dress
I have had a similar one of these Bean dresses for 10+ years (sleeveless). Always reliable to dress up/down, great for travel. This one has a subtle print in a pretty color. I received many compliments upon my first wearing.

Pull it over your head and go!
I bought basically the same dress two years ago, and I love it. It looks "finished," but it is so comfortable. I love the fabric—rayon is much cooler than polyester. It's great for every day, but just put on a necklace, and it's also great for evening.
My only complaint: no pockets! Please, LL Bean, give us pockets!
