Bought for grandson who lives in the Northeast. I washed it before mailing to him. Seems well-made. Not super-soft but maybe it will soften with additional washing. Bought in July for him to wear in fall/winter.

Spring On The Way!
I purchased this for my great niece in a size 2T for the upcoming spring for a bit of color as warmer weather approaches. It was a hit! Nice option for an extra layer and the hood is a good feature should there be a sudden chill when out on an adventure.

I gave this to my 9-month-old grandson to wear on his morning outings in the jogger stroller in Brooklyn. They love its softness and warmth. The hood fits great which is hard to find on garments for infants. Bright colors are fun and gender neutral for easy hand me downs. I highly recommend this item.

Great until you wash it.
At first we loved this sweater when we first purchased it but after just 1 wash (according to instructions) the fleece already looks so raggedy and worn. Lots of pilling. This is directly from after washing, not from being worn. Children's clothing naturally go through a lot of wear and tear however you would think this fleece was worn for an entire year despite the fact that I purchased this only around 1 month ago. Very disappointed in the durability of the product and not what I expect from this brand.

Perfect little jacket!
Perfect for the newest member of the LLBean family! :) This snuggly jacket is perfect for spring/fall days, great layering during the winter yet perfect for simply cool days, too. We purchased the red and blue which is a fan favorite (GO BILLS!). Well constructed, great proportions, hood is perfect to toss up to protect against elements. I ordered a little big and it's designed so that baby could 'grow into it' to get the most out of it--and it will definitely become hand-me-down to the next little one. Highly recommend!!
