Wonderful luggage
I haven’t used it yet, but it seems very high quality with wheels that make it very easy to move and spin. I also have the smaller size I got a year ago. Have used that one and I love it. I didn’t hesitate to buy a larger version.

Nice, but …l
Bought this to replace an old Bean suitcase that was a perfect, sturdy workhorse. This bag isn’t as well made, but it’s a nice bag. But WHY no handle on the bottom of the bag, so one can pick it up?????? Really poor design as far as that goes.

A keeper! Very Happy.
4.5 Stars. Definitely really liked this suitcase!!! Half a star short of 5 stars because the strap to tie things down within the bag is at the bottom of the bag and very difficult to access once you've packed the bag. I often couldn't find the elastic straps. I'm going to tie something to the strap so I can find them underneath my packed clothes. I liked the texture outside material, the lightness of the bag, the fact that it's a soft side bag, the way the wheels easily turned around for whatever direction I needed to go in. The pockets on the outside were easily accessible and had handy features like a key clamp, zippers and were different sizes. I also like that there was just one big space for me to pack everything in. I use compression bags and they easily just stacked right up alongside my bulkier items that I couldn't take in my carry-on. I also thought the price was fair for the solid construction of the suitcase. Nice job LLB! This suitcase replaced another LL Bean suitcase that was easily 25 years old. I can see keeping this also well made suitcase for another 25 years.!! Thank you!

Wheels broke within 2 years
When I first got it I was amazed with how much it fit without being overweight. After a couple years and only 4-5 uses two of the wheels are loose which prevents the 4 way spinning I bought it for

Fabric ripped on first flight
Bag is roomy and a beautiful color. the fabric on the front was torn when it arrived in baggage handling after the first flight. This was so disappointing as I was hoping this product would be much more durable.

Why I Gave the Extra-Large Spinner a 6
This is the 2nd Carryall Spinner Pullman, Extra-Large I have purchased since 2021years. The first one developed a wheel problem, and when I asked for repair, L L Bean said they no longer repair their suitcases. I ordered this suitcase again because it services my need when I travel—light weight, plenty of interior room, nice extra pockets. I am using the 2nd one, but I am hoping it will be functional longer than 3 years.

Spacious and manageable
Well made.
Lots of pockets and pouches and zippers.
Wheels and handle performed well. Good sections for various items. Used it on an 11 day expedition where I needed lots of snorkeling and hiking gear.
Big suitcase but manageable for this 73 year old woman.
