I ordered the "Medium Tall" and they weren't long enough, so I sent them back. I am 5'7.5" tall. If you usually get "Medium Tall", you may want to try the "Tall" for these jeans. They were also quite stiff and my normal size wasn't nearly big enough- there was no stretch- there was no way I could just suck in my stomach, button them anyway and hope that they loosen up over the course of the day... way too small for that and there was no give at all.
