Love the Camp Vista shorts and capris
I love these shorts. I've had 3 different colors for years and recently ordered more in colors I did not have.
They are so comfortable, great quality (better be for the expensive price). They are the only shorts I wear. I live in Arizona so I live in shorts. I do wish they'd lower the price, same opinion on the camp vista capris.

Why are the drawstrings so long and stretchy?
I like the material, cut, fabric, everything: except the drawstrings. Why are they so unnecessarily long AND stretchy? I think you should just size down if you can swing it and throw the drawstring away. They seemed a bit large to begin with, so I would have to draw these stretchy strings very tight all the time and they would lose their stretch over time.

Love these except for the pockets!
I own several of these Vista shorts and they are my go-to for hot summer days and any hiking or paddling adventures. Light, comfy and I think they look really nice. Pack down small for travel and dry fast. I also love the pants and used them exclusively on a Camino trek in Portugal a few years ago (washed out each night and they were dry to wear again in the morming-amazing). I also think the pants in black look nice enough to wear to the office. The only flaw is that the seams wear out quickly after normal use, especially the pockets. This has happened with all of my pairs. I just tried patching my latest pair with double sided fabric tape, but here to ask LLBean to please consider reinforced seams on these otherwise awesome shorts/pants.
