Rated 5 out of 5 by from Seven weight reel. I'm using the reel on a Euro nymphing rod that was calling for a 5.6 oz reel. The seven weight was exactly that. It looks good, it is a quality build, and the drag works nicely. Great product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Powerful and smooth This is an excellent fly reel. It is fully machined, the part that is loosened to remove the spool is fastened on so it can’t be lost, and the drag is smooth and powerful. I recently spent several days in Ontario catching large numbers of pike up to 25 lbs., and the reel performed perfectly. I have them for my 6,7,and 8 wt. rods, and couldn’t be happier.
