Good jacket
Excellent jacket and midlayer. Bought this for a trip to the mountains and needed insulating layer that could still be worn under a rain jacket. It fits nicely, compresses well, and is warm. It sheds light rain/mist well. I like that it is not down, but works about as well as down, just doesn’t seem to compress quite as well as down.

Fits great but will it keep me warm?
I am 5’7” with a 32 waist and 39/40 chest. The M is a great fit. The hood fits well around my head so I don’t expect the hood to flap around in the wind, allow full visibility and provide warmth. That is the remaining question for me is if I have 2-3 layers underneath will I be comfortable in 40-45 degree weather. We will see this fall, early winter.

Returned due to fit issues.
The jacket was too large in the neck and hood. Hood has no adjustments to tighten around face. Small face, narrow neck, big gaps for wind and cold. Not cut for slender man. Other similar jackets have the same issur.

So Good I Have Two…
This is my second one and I absolutely love this jacket! Lightweight, warm, packs down to next to nothing and does a great job of keeping the wind off you. Elastic piping around the cuffs and hood are great, hood remains nice and snug in windy conditions. One of my go to layers for fly fishing, old one had taken a number of hooks and it was time to replace. Well constructed and durable, internal and external chest pockets are great.

Perfect transition jacket for New England spring!
