My favorite jacket
Awesome. Lightweight. Warm. My favorite go-to jacket. Three season jacket and part of layer to make it all season. Highly recommended. Buying another in a different color.

Great warm lightweight jacket
Nice jacket for 40’s to 50’s and with a layer underneath possibly the 30’s also. It is very lightweight but warm. I normally take a large in LLBean shirts and jackets but had to size up to an XL in this one. I originally got a large but was too tight in the shoulder, chest and armpit area. So you might want to consider going up a size.

Perfect
In Arizona we experience wide temperature swings, and this is the perfect jacket. Plenty warm when I leave the house in upper 30-40s, and comfortably light and not overly warm into the 70s later in the day. Packs small and easily stuffed into my bag if needed. For those same reasons it has worked well when traveling. I have not used it for strenuously exercising, as I expect it might not function as well if soaked with sweat, but anything shy of profuse sweating would probably be ok. For the extreme workouts, I prefer something that allows moisture to escape (fleece, zip pits, etc). Overall, this jacket is my general go-to. Highly recommended. And literally the same jacket sold by the “P” company, but for less money. Apparently their tag costs more to make 🤷🏼♂️. Excellent jacket, and meets the quality I’ve known of LLBean as a multi-decade customer.

Fit
Wonderful jacket. Took on trip to Switzerland last month where temperatures were between the thirties and fifties. Even up in the alps and in chilly caves I was warm as toast. Packaway feature was great when traveling on plane and fitting into my back pack.
I did have to exchange my size large for an extra large due to tightness through the midriff. I'm 5'9" 170lbs. Have never had to buy an extra large in any other product from LL Bean.

Perfect coat for bike commuters
This was best coat I could bought for its intended purpose. I bought it to wear on my morning bicycle commute in 40-degree temperatures. With a light shell underneath, it keeps my torso completely warm and packs away nicely for the ride home when the weather is warmer.
