Sizing is wrong.
As usual when I order jeans from LL Bean, I have to order at least one size larger than I normally wear. These fit exactly the same as jeans from another store that are 2 sizes smaller.

Size chart accurate. Comfortable and warm
The size chart is accurate. If I had ordered my regular size in jeans, it would have been too small. So yes, they run small as compared to Lee jeans, but the size chart is accurate. I normally wear a 12 in Lee brand and I ordered a 14 for these jeans. A little big in the waist but I suspect they will shrink a little. And if not, it will leave me room for silk long johns on the -20F days.
I thought about ordering petite since I’m 5’3 1/4 but was afraid it would be too short inside winter boots.
Soft lining but it’s definitely a lighter weight than my husband’s old LL Bean fleece jeans. They will do the job just fine I think.

These jeans are excellent - not too heavy but make an enormous difference in cool and cold weather and windy cold days. I currently have 3 pair of these fleeced lined jeans and I will never be without them for the winter months.

The best lined jeans ever!
I bought these pants with very low hopes because most lined jeans stretch out and get baggy after wearing them for a while. Not these jeans! They hold their shape all day long! I love them so much. Please make them in more colors. I can live in these jeans all winter. Thank you so much for making such a great pair of lined jeans. They really are the best lined jeans ever!
