These low-top snow sneakers are hiking shoe, winter boot and sneaker all in one, making them a winter favorite year after year.
We've taken our customer-favorite snow sneakers and added the superior traction of Vibram® Arctic Grip, the most advanced cold-weather gripping system ever created by Vibram. This innovative technology is designed for superior performance on wet ice. Combined with IceTrek, Vibram's best performer in winter conditions, and you can be confident in icy and snowy weather. Thermochromatic lugs turn from white to blue when the temperatures fall below freezing, so you know they're working.

- Removable, nylon-covered EVA insole.
- SolarCore foam underfoot provides a warm barrier to keep you insulated from cold, wet surfaces.
- Waterproofed leather upper with polyester-mesh material and suede collar.
- Contoured of insole for arch support.
- Compression-molded EVA midsole.
- Lace-up style with pull-on loop at back collar. Laces not waterproof.
- Vibram IceTrek rubber outsole with Arctic Grip.
- 200-gram PrimaLoft® ECO insulation is made of 50% recycled materials.
- Breathable TEK2.5® waterproof system keeps feet dry.

good on snow and ice
I gave these shoes a poor rating when I first received them because they were very uncomfortable. It took about a full month to break them in but after that they were a very good winter shoe. Excellent walking on snow and ice and they kept my feet dry all winter. They are very well made. If you can hang in there for a longer than usual break in time these shoes are a good winter option

Painful to wear
It's really too soon to rate this shoe but so far it is so uncomfortable that I can't wear it without putting a 2 inch square pad at the point the shoe meets my left outside ankle. The right shoe seems OK. The fit seems good, the construction is good, if the pain stops after the shoe is broken in the shoe may be good, if not I can't wear it.

These shoes are really helpful for walking in snowy and especially icy conditions- you still do need to be careful though.
