This a good outer layer of wind protection. Everything about it is wonderful except the hood. For some reason it is way too large covers not only your head but also your eyes and nose. There is no draw string that can be used to adjust the hood

Well made
I bought this to replace a 30-year-old Adirondack that had lost its waterproofing. I ordered XL even though I take L in clothing to ensure a comfortable fit over outerwear. I ordered the Navy. It is attractive and well made. The fabric is lighter than my older LL Bean Adirondack which may be newer fabric. It is waterproof. Hope this lasts 30 years!
