Oversized hood
The jacket is great. The hood is way too big. Needs a strap / drawcord to make the hood adjustable.

Classic!
Classic anorak with big kangaroo pocket and hand warmer pockets. Been wearing these for 50 years. Was just out on myMountain bike this morning in 40 degree temperatures with this and a winter jersey under it. Also great for Nordic Skiing. Perfect!

PHANTOM PRODUCT
LL Bean's inability to keep products stocked is unacceptable. Your buying process should be reviewed and altered. Products throughout the year are constantly unavailable or come with egregious wait times. If you intend to increase your marketing, then you should in-turn increase your purchasing. Shutting out loyal customers from items due to poor planning is an awful business strategy.

The fabric changed
The shape and utility of this jacket is wonderful for travel. But they changed the material. My old one just says nylon. This new one says Supplex. I think it’s a different softer kind of nylon. Which makes it softer. I like the thickness of the old one.

Not waterproof at all
LL Bean should test their products better than this.
First buyers should know that this material is very thin and not warm at all. First day after buying I wore it on a rainy day. Not heavy rain but standard showers. Anywhere my body touched the fabric, water was coming through. Just like a cheap tent fabric that if you touch it water goes through.
Very disappointing for the price point.
