Rated 2 out of 5 by from Really disappointed I was really excited about these sheets because they were featured on Wirecutter. Being disappointed time and time again with sheets from other manufacturers, I decided to splurge on what seemed to be a high-quality product. I was wrong. Is the fabric nice? Yes, it is. It's clearly quality fabric. I haven't had any issues with ripping or anything. However, the elastic around the base of the fitted sheet is something I'd expect from a cheap big-box store. It's not thick or tight, and the fitted sheet becomes loose within two nights or so. I'm very sad because I could have gotten a cheaper set from another retailer that my mom has, which are made with robust elastic all around and extra in the corners to really keep the fitted sheet on. The only redeeming qualities of these are the nice color (I got the green) and the fabric quality itself. Those factors don't make up for the headache of having to pull them back down before getting in bed every night, and even then there's too much fabric. They get so loose that it seems like extra fabric appears. My husband said he feels like he's sleeping in a parachute. The stitching in the corners also looks like it's coming apart. We've been using these sheets for about three full months, and we have a king size memory foam mattress.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from these are great if you like a slippery texture These are not like L L Bean sheets I've bought in the past, which feel like regular cotton sheets. These feel like nylon, even after washing. I'm giving you a positive rating to see if the review will go through, since with a negative rating it was held up by "ad blockers," which I have turned off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Top Rated Sheets DO NOT DISAPPOINT! It was time for me to buy a new set of sheets. Having read a review on Wirecutter, my search led to these sheets at LL Bean. I discovered a welcome code that gave me 10% off and the order was placed. By far, these are the best sheets I have EVER slept under! As Black Friday rolls around this year, I will be keeping watch and will give serious consideration to buying a second, and possibly a third, set of sheets!
