Made from premium stretch denim, with state-of-the-art S GENE® technology, the breakthrough fabric "remembers" its shape for superior retention. While the average recovery of other stretch denim is around 70% (leaving plenty of room for bagging and sagging), True Shape recovers 93% of its original shape (ensuring a great fit all day, every day). These jeans will follow your every move and look just as good at the end of the day as they did when you first put them on.

I like these Jeans although a little hard to get use to the fabric coming from many years of wearing the
Original LL Bean jeans. The concept that they don't lose their shape is a bit of a stretch (no pun intended. Once you sit down those pants will bag in the seat until washed and dried again. I am not fond of the high rise waist but it isn't a bother. Nice fit and leg length. I have ordered another pair.

I bought these and based on reviews, I ordered the size 20 petite. They fit and did loosen up in hips as some of the reviews said. However, the waist could have been an inch or two larger. It doesn’t feel like it’s cutting me in two but is tight. I then ordered the plus size 20. The waist fit was perfect. The only drawback was there wasn’t an option to get petite in the leg length. It was an easy fix on my sewing machine to shorten them to suit me. But very happy with the fit.

Great fitting jeans.
Great jeans - my second pair. Always fit just right and the right length. I switched these for a different rinse but fit exactly the same and a good price. I appreciate the Military discount that they give as well. (20 years Navy)

I love these jeans and that's saying a lot. I am 5'8" and weigh about 145 lbs. The size 8 fits perfect, except I wish they were an inch or two longer. The fabric has just enough give and even though they shrink a bit during the wash, they stretch back out. I liked them so much, I bought another pair.

Chemical odor.
Jeans fit well but had a strong unpleasant chemical odor that did not go away after washing. The odor did transfer to the other clothing it was washed with. I returned the jeans de to the smell.

So wanted to like these
These are a great comfortable fabric, but for a Classic Fit, they just sit too low. I can't imagine what the mid-rise are hanging onto. The rise in the crotch is too short and tight. I'm 5 feet 2 inches and 118 lbs. I bought the size 8 and 10, and the 8 would have been the best fit.

The stretchy denim is clingy. The pockets are short and made of cheap material. They were returned. Very disappointing. I loved the llbean original fit relaxed denim jeans. Please bring them back!
