Made from premium stretch denim, with state-of-the-art S GENE® technology, the breakthrough fabric "remembers" its shape for superior retention. While the average recovery of other stretch denim is around 70% (leaving plenty of room for bagging and sagging), True Shape recovers 93% of its original shape (ensuring a great fit all day, every day). These jeans will follow your every move and look just as good at the end of the day as they did when you first put them on.
- Black: 90% cotton, 8% polyester and 2% elastane.
- Rinsed, Stonewashed: 93% cotton, 5% polyester and 2% elastane.

I returned these. The waist was smaller than normal for an XL size, and the overall fit was just sort of unflattering in general. I can't choose if the size was too small or large, the jeans just fit weird for me. Like I said, not at all flattering or comfortable.

True fit for petite size.
Size 4P is true to size in hip and also length. The style is very relaxed fit. Maybe a little frumpy looking on me, but I need them for working around the house and running errands. It works.

More loose fitting than expected
Fit was looser than i had hoped for. I wasn't surprised, because most brands seem to be making straight leg more roomy than a couple years ago. These LLBean jeans were looser fitting than the same size & fit & brand I had from 2-3 years ago.

These jeans are comfortable year round with just a little bit of stretch to them. Plenty of room in seat a thighs and same cotton feel as my teenage jeans fifty years ago.
