Made from premium stretch denim, with state-of-the-art S GENE® technology, the breakthrough fabric "remembers" its shape for superior retention. While the average recovery of other stretch denim is around 70% (leaving plenty of room for bagging and sagging), True Shape recovers 93% of its original shape (ensuring a great fit all day, every day). These jeans will follow your every move and look just as good at the end of the day as they did when you first put them on.

Best all-around unlined jeans
I'd give them five stars if they weren't as baggy around the tush as they are (I'm a true 6P). No un-favorite fit nonsense. Classic in many ways (but too much polyester and spandex to be true cotton jeans). Also they need to come in darkest blue denim (almost blue-black) to be perfect.

Nice quality material, runs small in the waist.
Nice quality, but the size is smaller than I usually find for the size I ordered. Ok in the leg and hip, but smaller than I expected the waist.

Not what they used to be
I was very disappointed in these jeans. I have several pairs purchased a few years back.
Ordered the same jean and they are not the same. Hate the back pockets, they are way too big, poor fabric and fit. Nothing like the others. Why do you change a good thing?

Black jeans dye
Nice jeans and I was looking forward to wearing them this holiday season, but after soaking them first overnight in baking soda/water, and washing, then soaking again overnight in vinegar/water and washing, they still have an aroma from the black dye used on LLB jeans, and will need another washing before wearing.

Not what I expected.
Not what I expected unfortunately. The fabric is very light but the stretch stays consistent. The zipper is very short and makes it difficult a bit to put them on and take off. The fit is consistent with the usual other LLBean jeans. Will be buying a different pair of what I used to: the 100% cotton jeans with straight legs. Wish these weren’t so expensive at LLBean. Will be looking elsewhere for medium tall jeans next year.

The Quality Stands Out
Superior quality denim, sewn well, and with the right proportions. The high waist gives good support for your back. They are comfortable enough for all day wear, I plan to buy another pair soon so I always have a clean pair ready.
