Best Shorts
I'm generally not a big fan of shorts because I haven't found many that fit well and are comfortable. No more! These check all the boxes. They look tailored and stylish, and have enough stretch to almost feel like stretchy workout shorts. The waist has a comfortable give for my north of middle aged belly without any unattractive elastic. Based on the size chart for these I was sure I'd have to size up at least to a 6, but after trying on sizes 4-8, turned out my normal size 4 fit the best. The 6 also looked fine, not too big at all, just a bit of a looser fit everywhere.

Reviews aren't always correct!
Please see the review I left for the seersucker version of these shorts. The issue was the same: reviews said these were tight, so to order a size larger than you normally did. Nope. HUGE on me, and reordering will miss the event I was buying all these things for.

Nice fabric. Size down.
I originally bought my normal size and found them to be too large, but the fabric was so nice. I exchanged them for a smaller size. When they arrived I washed them . When I put them on the following day they were fine at first but the fabric is very stretchy and after a couple of hours they looked to big too. Definitely size down if you’re going to order them. I will only wear them around the house now.

Please don't ever change these shorts!
I have worn these shorts for years. The fabric Is perfect, the sizing is the same and there are no surprises. They wear like iron and gradually become super soft.
