Nice but very lightweight
I'm fairly happy with this, and the "Brightwater blue" is a gorgeous color. It is 100% cotton, or at least it says it is, but it is not what I expected. I wanted a sweatshirt weight garment, which this is not. More like T-shirt weight. I'm keeping it anyway, but still need to find one which is lighter than the fleece-lined ones but still fairly warm for spring and fall wear. Note, I was surprised that the zipper on this is metal, which seems heavy for such light fabric. We'll see how that works out.

Love this hoodie!
This is a great quality hoodie. I bought one many years ago and it's still in great shape except for the moths eating it. It's just the right weight for summer. It washes beautifully and doesn't hold wrinkles while wearing.

This caught my eye in the LL Bean Store. I purchased the hoodie both in white and navy. I wear them both frequently especially in cool air conditioning. They are my go-to layer!

Lightweight & Comfortable

Great Lightweight Hoody
This all- cotton sweatshirt-hoody is more lightweight that llbean's 1912 cotton-poly sweatshirt. I got one of each and love them both. I was surprised by the light weight and somewhat less cozy feel of this one - but realized it's perfect for summer. The 1912 is more of a traditional sweatshirt feel. I got both because I wanted different colors, but am doubly happy because the different weights serve different purposes. This one has a nice texture and the sage color is lovely. Fits true to size.
