A real winner that lasts!
Always a hit with me. These wide boots keep my bunions comfortable. The heel is very stable. And the color is cute and trendy. A fresh change as I usually wear these boots for 2-5 years. I have worn this model for probably fifteen years or more.

Comfortable from day one
My last LL Bean hikers are over 25 years old; I still wear them, but wanted something with a higher top. These Trail Model X boots are perfect, immediately wearable, excellent in Oregon's wet weather. I really, really am glad to have them protecting my feet.

Comfey right out of the box
Boot is true to size, 7.5 M, I wore them around the house for an entire day to see if I will need a break in period. I love them and I won"t.

I bought these because I was looking for a hiking boot with a wide toe box. I haven't actually worn them yet for a long hike, but the toe box is nice and roomy. I am hoping the rest of the boot's description will be accurate.
