I wear between a SM or MD and puchased this vest in a size SM. It was quite roomy, especially around the waist. I may or may not try the XS. The collar is high and slightly bulky and I am not sure moving to an XS would make a difference there. This is warmer than I expected!

Warm and cozy vest.
Bought this for my rock climbing grandaughter. This keeps her an even temp on cool days rock climbing. The pocket across the front holds her chalk, gloves and whatever else she brings along.
So glad she is happy with the vest.
