Very soft, but requesting organic cotton
Dear LL Bean: I am returning my robe even though it is very plush and soft, and a good length. I really want an organic cotton robe to replace my previously purchased one from you, long ago. It was a beautiful soft blue, I hope you will make that again. Above all, organic cotton is sooo much softer than the mainstream cotton. I am hoping that LL Bean will become an industry leader in organic cotton, in all of your wonderful products. According to Stephanie Seneff PhD, head research scientist with the MIT, in her book Toxic Legacy, 1 Billion bees (yes, capital B, no misprint) died in one winter alone, in one single almond orchard sprayed with glyphosate. She wrote that it is not only neonicotinoids that are killing the bees, but glyphosate too, both/and not either/or. Extinction is expensive and does not benefit the industry, true? Also, I have a family member who is not health-conscious and is not environmentally conscious, who says she will only buy organic cotton because it is so much softer than the mainstream stuff. Please deeply consider making an organic cotton robe in soft blue and other feminine colors, and please make all of your wonderful cotton garments in only organic cotton, LL Bean-wide. Thank you all.

Great Robe!
I’ve been looking for a robe with terry cloth/towel interior and finding it hard to find until I found this robe. It is super comfortable with an absorbent interior. I would rate it on the medium side of warmth - warmer than my silk robe and cooler/lighter than my fleece one. Perfect for getting ready in the morning or relaxing before bed!

Love love love!
I was searching for a robe that is comfortable but also absorbs water as the primary use would be for post hot tub. I was apprehensive to purchase as first as some reviews said the quality wasn’t there or not heavy enough, etc however I absolutely love it. The robe in my opinion is the perfect weight, super comfortable and very absorbent. I’m 5’2 130 lbs and I went with the side medium and it’s perfect. Highly recommend!!
