Continuous Trouble with Zipper
This is the 2nd year in a row I am going to need to send this backpack back because the zipper continues to get stuck on the piece of fabric above the zipper. Once i finally get that piece out of the zipper it works but this continued every other week until the zipper finally got stuck and now both zippers have fallen off the track and the bag is useless. I have never had this much trouble with L.L. bean bags.

This pack is great. It holds a ton of gear, an iPad, water bottles etc. I bought it to replace an earlier model which started to fray inside the compartments after many years of hard use.

4 Years and still going strong
My daughter will be a sophomore in high school and has had this backpack since sixth grade. Her schools don’t have lockers so she’s had this thing loaded down daily with all of her binders, notebooks, MacBook, etc. It’s packed to the max every day. It still looks new and has held up perfectly. She’s planning to use it through high school, maybe even college. She absolutely loves it!
