A Warm Jacket for New York Trip in December
I ordered this for my adult daughter for her business trip to New York in December. She loves the fit in size she chose and thinks it will keep her warm. A pretty jacket and L L Bean quality always good.

Tight shoulder area
Loved the coat, however the shoulders are unusually tight. The rest of coat fits good and you could wear a heavier shirt under it if it weren’t for the tight shoulders.

Not heavy or bulky
Satisfied with the quality and fit, although I would like to have about an inch or so added to sleeve length; a bit too short for me unless arms are not raised at all.

Love it!
This jacket surprised me…. Love the coziness, the hood, keeps the wind out, the straps on the sleeves…snug, no cold gets up there, warmth walking the dog in the cold. I stepped out of my comfort zone ordering the green, everything I have is black….glad I did! It will not disappoint!

Best jacket - stil!
This jacket became one of my all time favorites many years ago. I wear it all winter every year. I just bought a second because l've been wanting the same style in Black but the color hasn't been available - and now it is. My new coat arrived and I'm thrilled. The size and fit are identical to my original - yay, because my by body hasn't changed. Some of the smaller details are a little different: the sleeves no longer have the inner snow cuffs (is that what you call them?) but allow plenty of room for adjustment and gloves. The hood adjustment has changed but actually is easier to use. And the fleece lining no longer comes all the way down to the lower edge of the coat (this is clear in the photos, I just mention it in case it's a specific feature you're seekinq). The sleeve length is still great for my long arms and the LL Bean quality is top notch.
