Almost perfect
I love the v neck with gathers and the 3/4 length sleeves, perfect for early fall and spring. I wish it was mid calf instead of below my knee as I'm not tall, just 5 ft 4 1/2 inches. I love both of the colors and would like other pastels, a pretty rose perhaps.

The cotton material is perfect if you are a hotter sleeper. Although I am normally a Petite M, I order Regular L for a roomy fit. I have had several of these night gowns over the years and they hold up well to washing & drying, never shrinking. Perfect night gown!

Yes, you should buy the larger size
These nightgowns are wonderful! They have gradually become longer and skinnier, and yes, you should buy the 1X nightgown as suggested, even though you wear a size 12 and medium in LLB shirts, if you like a comfy nightgown and aren't trying to make a fashion statement with your snug fitted nightwear.

The nightgown I bought 5 years ago had pockets. They’re making it cheaper by eliminating the pockets which was.a nice feature on the nightgown.

Don’t stop making these!
These gowns are perfect. Perfect length, material/feel, weight, and sleeve length. Please never stop making these and don’t change anything. Maybe except for more updated colors and necklines like Henley or scoop neck.

Love Long Gowns
While most of my gowns are now long-sleeved (I'm almost 76 years old,) I do like to have some three-quarter-length sleeved ones too. I have had two different floral ones from LL Bean for years. One of them was showing some wear, so I have replaced it with this lovely blue one.
