Nice but hems come unraveled
I really like the fit and feel of these pants. They are a perfect compromise between dress pant and a pair of trail pants. They are lightweight, versatile, and excellent for travel. I bought one pair, and then after wearing them once bought two more pairs in different colors.
I've had the three pairs now for less than 2 months and they have been washed a handful of times. With two of the three pairs the hem at the bottom of the leg has come unstitched. This is exactly the problem that others have noted in these reviews. It really seems to be a production flaw and is uncharacteristic of the quality I expect from LL Bean.
The pants look nice, but I can't recommend to purchase them unless you are ready to repair them.

Really good chino!
I bought two pair, one tan, the other blue. I use both frequently. Wash only in cold water. These are NOT permanent press, and should not be laundered that way: cold water, please. I use this pant strictly for a casual life; definitely not for commuting unless you have a blue-collar job. I was pleasantly surprised that the crotch is not only comfortably cut, but also flattering.depending on the style of your underwear. The fabric is very comfortable, even in a warm climate such as south Florida.

Simply a great pair of pants!
These pants looked good fit perfectly and were exceptionally comfortable in every way. Plus they performed what they were advertised as a travel pants. They were lightweight, quick drying and resisted staining, and water repellent and sun blocking protection and were compact and lightweight in your suitcase. They’re just fantastic but great for wearing every day!

Comfortable Pants
These are the most comfortable pants I own. They’re great for traveling. Love the zippered pockets in the back and how the legs are tapered resembling slim fit pants.

Stuff Falls Out
Comfortable. Stuff falls out of front pockets - not great for travel pants.

Seams do not hold - Disappointed with the Quality
I bought these pants just last month and have only worn them four times, yet the ankle hem has already completely come undone - embarrassingly, this happened while I was at work. While the fit is comfortable and flattering, the quality is seriously lacking. For the price, I expected far better durability. Very disappointing and not what I’d expect from this brand.

Best ever
Greatest pants in the history of men’s pants. Better than the competing product from Lululemon, if you can believe it. The Bean needs to add more colors!
