LL Jeans!
These jeans are the most comfortable jeans I have ever worn, and I'm 72 and have had many styles and brands over the years. They look and wear very well. They move with me and never pull when sitting or bending. After buying my first pair I immediately bought a second. My other jeans will be regulated to yard work.

The older version was better
These are still my go to jeans but there are several changes from the old version, and most are not good. First, they moved the belt loops and lost at least one. Second, the color seems to wash out much more quickly than the older version. Third, there is now a stretch element which makes them difficult to size.

Best overall fit
I have tried on too many LL Bean styles before finding this one. Lots of leg room without having to go with the Natural - which was OK but just a little too baggy. Also, the Beanflex is a heftier - and my opinion - hotter wearing jean. Hence the Vintage 1912, Bean's lighter denim. I don't need the flex.

Decent overall, despite the stretch
I purchased a few pairs of the 1912 jeans in 2018 which I've worn since then and always enjoyed. Sadly, my last pair of them developed enough holes which meant it was time for them to be retired. When I went online, I was unable to use the same code for the order and accidentally ordered the wrong pants (which I was able to exchange).
Overall, these aren't bad, but I don't like the stretch aspect to them. The prior pants were perfect, in my opinion, so I wish LL Bean had kept a non-stretch version as they seemed to fit better and weren't as loose.
