Wicked good slippers. Venetian very disappointing
I had a pair of your moccasins years ago. Loved them!!! These, not so much. They don't make my feet happy! They do not offer much support. It feels like I'm walking on carpet barefoot. I could not wear these outside if I wanted to as they actually hurt my feet. I feel your quality has decreased. Very disappointing!!!

Wishing for half-sizes
They're nice house shoes. They don't fit me, so I'm returning them. The 8 is too short, and the 9 is too long and loose.

They’re great!
These slippers are so comfy I wear them to run errands…They keep my feet toasty warm and look great. Size 11 is hard to find and feel good but these are terrific…would definitely recommend to purchase.They’re great!

Wide right
Upon receipt of these slippers the right one was noticeably wider than the left. They were to replace a previous pair that had lasted for years and were still comfortable, so I did keep them. After about a month of wear, the right one is starting to feel too loose on my foot. Disappointed in the lack of quality control from a company that usually provides quality slippers.

They're so warm and comfortable. Even more than my high expectations! The quality and design are amazing.

Odd fit
I really wanted to like these slippers, but the fit is very uncomfortable. The heel is a bit big and the toe box is very narrow. I followed the sizing suggestion and ordered my regular shoe size (8) but my toes are squished up against the front and sides of the shoe. I know they are supposed to be snug at first, but I cannot see how they will ever conform comfortably to my feet. Very disappointed.
