Wanted to love it
I really liked this dress but even the petite was too long for me. I’m 5 feet tall. It was a little low cut for me too but I could have worn a tank top underneath. I would have kept it if it was a bit shorter.

Where did the fullness go?
I carefully considered this dress reading all customer reviews and checking all the views. It looks like there is plenty of fullness below the bodice in the view of the dress OFF the model but almost a different dress in the model views This follows along with many of the reviews where customers feel the dress is too tight. Therefore i have passed this one up.

Too clingy!
Unless you are model-thin (and model tall), this isn't a good dress. I wear several LL Bean short sleeved dresses in similar fabrics constantly. However, this dress is cut very slim fitting and just isn't flattering...or comfortable. If the skirt was fuller, it would be an excellent maxi...but as it is, it's just not appropriate.

Maxi dress runs small
I'm usually a size small @LLBean, but sometimes I'm between sizes and this dress is a perfect example. It shows every lump and bump that I own, and at my age(66) that's not good. The fabric and drape are beautiful, it does run a bit long, and sadly I'm returning it. I may try the shorter version in size medium.

Attractive, easy-care dress!
The dress is cute, and I like the styling. I would prefer a different print, but the print is good camouflage for a little bump. The dress is easy to launder. It runs a bit small because I usually wear XS in LL Bean, but the small fits well. I'm 5'6", 121 lbs. It is a little long on me, but it will be easy to hem 1 to 2 inches.

Waaay too tight
This dress is described as "slightly fitted" and "fit and flare" Neither is true. This is a skin tight body-con style dress. I love the "woman's summer knit" dresses and have them in a few colors all in the size large. This dress has the same bodice and a similar name so thought I could trust that it would fit the same just in a sleeveless longer version. Nope, this is cut completely differently. I thought about sizing up and trying again but I think it would still be tight and unflattering. Also it is very long, I think the models they use must be very tall because it's much longer than it looks in the pictures. I'm really disappointed because I usually only buy clothes online if there are free returns but I thought I could trust a brand that I own several pieces from. I have a small budget so when I buy clothes from here it's an investment and something I carefully consider. I don't feel good that I'm out the cost of shipping because of a misleading item description.
