Our Casco Bay Polo was a favorite with customers in the '90s, and we thought it was a great time to bring this classic style back. Still as timeless as ever, and as long-lasting, in the same breathable piqué fabric with contrast trim. Now with an updated fit that feels perfect for right now.

Collar needs improvement
I love the shirt but the collar tends to roll and does noy lay flat. I think that it needs to be wider.

Happy to see it back but returned
I have purchased several of these shirts over the years and loved them! It went away and then came back so I ordered one. I have been a L.L. Bean customer for 40+ years and their product quality seems to be going downhill at a rapid pace. Ordered this in an XL and the cut was a medium and very short - sad because in the past this was a great shirt. L.L. Bean - please get your quality back. It's why you were a success in the first place!

Good shirt
Great shirt. Not too heavy for the hot weather. Just the right fit, but did shrink a little in the length after first wash. Cold water and low heat.

Sturdy and but note the collar
I like this shirt and wish it were available in a few more colors. It reminds me of how polos used to be designed and made. For example the collar is not big and floppy. Someone else objected to the fact that the collar doesn't come completely to the shoulder line in the back. The online photos show this fact and it doesn't bother me. If you want a collar that doesn't curl or wrinkle, either iron it or don't buy this version. The shirt feels more sturdy than the other LLB polos of which I have many.

Disappointed in this shirt
One of the main reason I buy so much clothing from LL Bean is sizing consistence. I ordered this shirt in my usual size ( XL ) unfortunately it runs quite a bit smaller than i would normally expect. Also, the material is not the same as the Double L polos. It's a lighter weight cheaper fabric that I was not impressed with. I liked the trim in a different color. Wish they would make some Double L polos like that.

New Thinner Fabric
I’ve owned several of these shirts before. I returned my recent order because the shirts have changed. They are of a thinner material than they used to be and are now sized on the small size.
