Very nice pants
I purchased these for elk hunting and am very satisfied. They fit exactly as ordered using the fit calculator, and are extremely comfortable. I like that they are lined and have buttons for suspenders if needed. The only thing I would like to see added is side pockets. You can never have enough pockets for everything you need to take on a hunt that might last all day and end up far from where you started.

Good, but...
Bought these for late season moose and deer hunting in northwestern Ontario. The pants are warm and quiet which is what I was looking for. However the wool is very cheap. Not a very tight knit and because of this they attract burrs and thorns like no other wool pants I've ever owned. Spent hours picking out burrs after a week of whitetail hunting in them. They fit large and the waistband has lots of stretch. I'll use them until I wear them out but not sure if I would buy again.

Good pants
These pants were warm and comfortable on a recent deer hunting trip. I purchased my normal waist size and found the fit to be very good. Expandable waist band works well when adding extra base layers.

Good pants, need suspender buttons moved
Worn for first time 11/15/25, Cold wind low 30s. Warm. Wool plus insulation worked well. Biggest complaint is suspender buttons are on side, not in front. Could use deeper pockets, as well as side cargo pockets. Most hunters buy a size larger for layering, don't really need elastic sides.

Comfort and warmth
I purchased for late season deer hunting here in Maine. My old wool pants were not insulated and the wind cut through them without a problem. I’ve used them for snowshoeing and they do not feel bulky and are too warm for that type of activity. I like the rubber lined waste band. They stay in place and have (7) belt loops which is great if you carry a holster. The adjustable elastic waist is also a plus when tucking in many layers and the camo pattern looks good on me.

Excellent warm pants
Bought the pants and jacket. Very warm and roomy for layering. The only thing that would make the pants a 10 would be cargo pockets. Used in 18 degree weather stayed warm for hours.
