NOTHING IS MORE IMPORTANT TO US THAN YOUR HEALTH & SAFETY

That’s why we’ve been working nonstop to enhance our store safety measures, taking every precaution and following every guideline to ensure the very best shopping experience for everyone.

We’re doing things differently to prioritize the well-being of our customers, staff and communities – but we all have to do our part to make our stores a safer place to shop.

INCREASED SANITIZATION

We’re maintaining the highest level of sanitization in all shopping areas, including more frequent and thorough cleanings.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Our staff is practicing strict social distancing, staying at least six feet from others at all times. We kindly ask that you do the same.

FACE COVERINGS

All customers will be required to wear a face covering while inside the store. We’ll be wearing ours too.

We’re sure you have questions. Here are some answers.

Where can I find details about my local store?

You can visit our stores page to find directions, hours and more information about your store.

What extra cleaning procedures can I expect?

Our updated cleaning policies require frequent sanitization of high-traffic areas, restrooms and commonly touched surfaces.

How will I know what rules to follow when I get to the store?

Clear instructions will be posted outside and throughout the store to ensure an easy, safe shopping experience.

Can I be sure people will practice proper social distancing?

We will be providing social distancing reminders over the store PA system and via in-store signage.

What precautions have been taken to keep me safe during checkout?

We have installed plexiglass barriers at all point-of-sale locations, along with floor markers every six feet to remind customers in line to maintain proper social distancing.

Have you limited customer capacity in stores?

Capacity restrictions have been put in place to limit the number of customers in the building at one time. This number may vary based on local guidelines and will be posted at the entrance to the store.

Will I be able to try on items before purchasing them?

Fitting rooms are temporarily closed in stores where restricted by local guidelines, and will reopen as soon as individual states allow. We kindly request that you do not try on clothes anywhere other than a designated fitting room.

What areas in the store can I expect to be closed?

We have restricted access to shared-use areas and common elements such as fitting rooms, drinking fountains and water refill stations at this time.
