How will I know how much my order will cost?
Just add items to your shopping bag and click continue to check out. Your order total is displayed in checkout and itemizes any government-administered taxes that apply to your order, as well as shipping expense where applicable.
Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?
The order total presented at checkout is the exact amount you’ll be billed, and there will be no additional costs due upon delivery.
What payment options do you support?
Currently, our checkout supports Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and American Express with additional payment options coming soon.
When am I billed?
Your credit card will be billed at the time your items ship.

Due to the challenges posed by the pandemic, we are temporarily experiencing longer than normal shipping delays. We appreciate your patience as we work with our carrier to get your package to you as quickly and safely as possible.
What is your return policy ?
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within one year of purchase for a refund. After one year, we will consider any items for return that are defective due to materials or craftsmanship. What will my credit card statement say?
Your credit card will be billed by Borderfree and your credit card statement will read "Borderfree 4740".
Can I purchase or redeem international gift cards?
Unfortunately, we do not currently support the sale or redemption of L.L.Bean gift cards at this time.
Are there any items that cannot ship to my country because they are restricted?
If for some reason there are any items that cannot be exported from the United States or imported into Canada, we will notify you during the checkout process.
