Rated 5 out of 5 by Avian from Crisp and flattering I'd worn long-sleeved classic pinpoint oxford shirts for decades but grew tired of them recent years because styles changed -- the upper bodies became tight and the necks were intended to gap open. This shirt was a welcome change from those recent styles. It still looks classic and tailored, and manages to be feminine without looking unprofessional. Style and fit are similar (if not identical) to the 3/4 sleeve seersucker shirt. I like the contoured hem. The fabric is crisp and smooth and the workmanship is good. The shirts launder well. I am very pleased all around and bought six colors.

Rated 4 out of 5 by 45YearBeanFan from More seasonal colors, please! Wonderful all-around office / casual wear shirts. Have worn them for several years and they're great. However... Please get more colors! Darker solids for fall/winter -- dark blue, black, burgundy, dark green, eggplant. And a better variety of lighter ones for spring/summer; what happened to the pink, lavender, mint green you used to carry? Ditch the ditzy calico-style pastel prints; not appropriate for office wear for anyone over age 22. Small birdseye patterns or tiny discreet polka dots are okay. Anchors ... are you serious? Please don't forget that mature professional women still comprise a large percentage of your customer base. We have been loyal to you for decades and would like to continue being so; don't leave us behind!

Rated 5 out of 5 by used2BinNH from Excellent blouse I Love the 3/4 sleeve -- I am tired of rolling up long sleeves. I now have this blouse in white, blue and the blue and white stripe. These blouses are perfect for work with nice blue or black jeans, and make for a polished look that is comfortable. So far the shirt wears very well and comes out of the dryer without wrinkles. I am a size small and I find the fit to be just right. No weird tugging at the shoulders. I haven't shopped with LL Bean in awhile, but will be back if there are more blouses like these. Please add more colors, such as Ivory or pastel pink or sky blue. There are way too many plaids and not enough clear colors and casual stripes to choose from.

Rated 5 out of 5 by YourOldAuntie from A new favorite These wrinkle free 3/4 sleeve shirts are my new faves. This is my 2nd purchase of them, and I'll likely keep buying until I have every color I like! The fit is perfect. As I've aged I've of course put on a few pounds (grrr!) and the tapered shape of this shirt helps make that less obvious. Also because I'm no longer able to work out my arms as I used to, I have the dreaded "old lady" upper arms lol...the 3/4 sleeve length is perfect for obscuring that. The material is light, which is a requirement Florida, but not so thin that I must wear a tank top under it, so I have a choice. It also makes it a year-round wardrobe choice. I LOVE that I never have to iron it. My doctor loved it, and she'll be a customer of LLBean now too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by ThatMoose from Fantastic Shirts! I have a very hard time finding shirts that I like and fit me well; I'm 5'7", 125lbs, 32D, with quite muscular shoulders and back. I like to be well-dressed, and cotton is my preferred material. I don't like to spend time on clothing maintenance. With all of that said, these oxford shirts are a godsend. I wear x-small and the fit is ideal; my shoulders and back have room, but there's no fabric hanging from my stomach. The cotton is thick and crisp. The wrinkles fall right out, and there's a permanent crease in the arms. It looks fantastic. I just ordered my sixth of these. Many thanks, LLBean!

Rated 4 out of 5 by 1970s from Need better colors I wish so much that you would offer these in more and better colors. This shirt is perfect, but I can't wear white (it makes me look pale) and the washed periwinkle makes me look even paler than white does. I tried it twice because I wanted so much to like it, but no - the shirt is perfect in every way except for the color. I really need more work shirts - please, please, please offer this shirt in colors that don't make me look like death warmed over!

Rated 2 out of 5 by Becs from Material shredded along seams and other places. There are positives to these shirts: the material has a nice feel to it, colors are bright and I like the slightly fitted style. A flattering & versatile shirt. However, two of the four shirts I ordered have developed holes along the seams on the sleeves and one developed holes in the front and back of the shirt near but not on the hemline. The material just seems to shred apart - had it happened on only one shirt I'd call it a fluke and let it go but now it's two shirts and I think it might be a problem.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Paleogal from Not sure I just received these shirts in white and blue pin-striped and am not sure about keeping them. The material is very nice and the shirts are well-made. However, the 3/4 length sleeves are odd -- they are too wide for a fitted shirt and look too long for a 3/4 sleeve. If I roll them up once the proportions look better. As other reviewers have said - it is difficult to wear a sweater, (cardigan or pullover) with the shirt, thereby limiting its versatility. Would have loved this same shirt with long, narrower sleeves.
