Rated 5 out of 5 by LLBeanHeaven from Unusually comfortable! These slides got such great reviews, I took a chance on them - slides are not one of my favorite style shoes. As many other reviewers wrote, I was able to put them on straight out of the box and wear them all day without any problems. Indeed, I have rarely had them off my feet since I got them. I ordered a half size down (from a 10 to a 9.5), Medium width. The box part of the shoe is generous and it allows the foot to lie naturally - not all bunched up. I wear them with merino socks (but not a thick merino knit). They are very plain looking which I appreciate - they do not look "clunky" at all - rather tailered looking. I highly recommend them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ArtsNScience from The Only Shoe for High Arches Evidently I have unusually high arches and wide feet. It's nearly impossible to find a shoe that fits comfortably. Was wearing Merrell Primo for years. Then the model was discontinued, the remaining Merrell models sit too high on the top of my arch and cause pain. This shoe provides enough room for a Spenco orthotic and does NOT put pressure on the top of my arches. I would take a little more room in the toe box if it were offered. But these shoes are wider than what Bean used to carry and are wide enough that I ordered my normal size in length. This is definitely my new everyday, go to, shoe. Sooo happy to have found them!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Allaboutcomfort from Not your mother's comfort mocs A rated 3 stars, because if I saw them for the first time, I probably would have thought more of them. Having been a customer of comfort mocs for probably 30 years (maybe 20?), these are disappointing. They are a bit wide, and unless I wear medium to heavy socks, my foot sloshes around inside the shoe and the bottom of my foot gets irritated. I usually wear thinner socks, so this doesn't work so well for me. I have worn comfort mocs as my primary footwear in winter for years, so am very disappointed. They feel cloddy when I walk - probably because they are too wide. And I usually need somewhere around a C width - I don't have a narrow foot by any means.

Rated 4 out of 5 by SDagna from Need time to break in Several years ago I purchased a similar style from LL Bean in a soft suede. They were very comfortable within just a couple of days of wearing, and I have been wearing them ever since, opting to have the soles re-glued when they finally came apart. Knowing that the first pair was so comfortable I went looking for a new pair in the same style. The only option was leather so I purchased a pair. They look good, and in time I'm confident they will be as comfortable as my previous pair. They are definitely stiff and a bit snug, but being leather I am sure they are going to mold to my feet over time and be as great to wear as my old pair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by bowzersof1 from LIVE in these clogs! I am a Pharmacy Technician with achilles tendonitis. These clogs have been a lifesaver since nothing can touch the back of my heal. I spend hours on my feet working in an extremely fast paced environment. I really like that these clogs do NOT have an elevated heal so I don't twist my ankle while moving around rapidly. The foot is more cradled rather than elevated. I did change the innersole to an orthotic for more support. I need to purchase another pair. I did try other name brands unsuccessfully. We all have to find what is best for our feet predicated on our occupations and comfort level. This style is a winner for me!

Rated 5 out of 5 by sammyp1415 from Great fit I loved I bought my first pr in black at there store & they seemed very nice & fit great . I had them on all week & they still felt great so in about two weeks I ordered them in brown on line I have only tried them on once they seem a little tighter than the black ones. I will use them this week & see if they loosen up some if not I 'll take them back & see if I can get them in a larger size Other than this I LOVE the shoe glad I took the time to try them on . Thanks LL Bean for the help your employee gave me at your Marlton store as sometimes I have trouble with my feet I have very narrow heals & lots of time that causes problems for me . Thanks again Pat P

Rated 2 out of 5 by Blackberry1 from Bulky Look We regularly buy LLBean so I know sizes well. I also purchased a very similar shoe from LLBean many years ago. My old pair has certainly withstood the test of time but I ordered this shoe as replacement. I returned it because they were clunky & bulky and not as comfortable for orthotics as the old shoe. Quality appeared to be as good but very low points on fit & style. They had more of a clog feel and there was no snugness around the instep which caused your foot to move while walking -anathema for orthotics. Toe pocket was very wide for me and I have wide feet. Please, bring back my old shoe which was fitted & more stylish.

Rated 5 out of 5 by shopperfromKentucky from Great shoes! It took me two tries to get the right fit for these slides, but, now that I have it, they are just perfect. I needed to go up by half a size because my feet do "slide" forward a bit and the extra length was necessary. They were comfortable from the very start, both for walking and standing. They have a wide toe box, something I have come to appreciate very much. The deeply ridged sole helps on wet pavement. I did find that socks that are a bit thicker make for a better fit and feel. They are - and will be - my cooler weather "go to" footwear!
