Strange robe
I've bought fleece robes at other sites, and this one is just odd. Stiff material and unusually heavy (and stiff as a result), but the deal breakers were the very long length of robe and sleeves. Love the green color, the double zipper, and the collar (although also stiff) and it seemed well-constructed, but it hit the top of my feet I'd trip in it eventually, and there's no way to do anything in a sink with those sleeves. I would have had to have them shortened by 5" to be able to do dishes.

We have purchased a few L L Bean robes in the past and they have been excellent. This one is a disappointment. It looked plush in the photos but is not. My wife cannot wear it: the fabric is uncomfortable - it feels hard and rough, not soft and comforting. It is not very warm. At best it might be a spring or fall robe for someone who doesn’t mind scratchy fabric. The seams are hard and raised under the armpits and down the length. For the price we expected a better quality product. The color is beautiful at least.
It’s an extra small petite. She is 5’2”, 108 lbs.

Warm & cozy without being too bulky. Zips in both direction, whivh comes in handy. Love the teal color! I usually wear M in bean but ordered a small & it is plenty roomy. (5'3" 137 lbs)

Great robe!
Perfect fit, especially length. Zipper is so much better than tie waist on a robe. No tightening all the time. Pockets good size.

Favorite Robe Ever!
I live in New Hampshire and it can pretty cold here. But this robe is so warm, soft and comfortable, I say bring winter on I am ready! You won’t regret buying this robe, worth every penny.

Love material, warmth but not double zipper
I have been buying these for years. Only reason I need to order new ones is because the plastic top zipper brakes off. this has happened on 3 different robes. Only replace because of fit and warmth.
