Nice Pants, run small
These pants were otherwise of good quality, but were too small compared to other LL Bean pants I own. Not sure if it's a manufacturing issue, hopefully it's a one-time issue. I will be returning the product.

Good Choice for Outdoor Activities
These are jeans that are rugged enough and roomy enough in the legs for forestry work, hunting on horseback, or hiking on steep and rough trails. They fit best if your BMI is in the low 20s. I have to buy a size 2 in. less than my true waist size because of baby boomer size creep.

Mixed feelings
I appreciate the quality of these pants, and the fact that they are available in 28” length, which is difficult to find in stores. However, the lack of consistency in sizing among different colors of the same style is very frustrating! My husband ordered light khaki, dark khaki, and navy, all in the same size and same style. Dark khaki fit perfectly, light khaki was one inch smaller in the waist, and navy was two and a half inches smaller in the waist! What’s happened to quality control?
