I looked at these and am puzzled. What is the point of the patch pocket? - different color - different fabric. The pocket stands out for no purpose. Why??

The shirt is warm as a shirt and a jacket in the warmer weather. I like the color, but the pocket is strange being off color and a different material. It stands out for the wrong reason.

Oh, my goodness. This overshirt is so very nice. I shld hv ordered a size small instead of a medium which I usually wear. I did make the mistake of trying to take the pocket off....I still wear the shirt. When it is on sale again I will order ano one in size small. I really do like this shirt, so cozy, warm and soft.

Like Most, I Hate the Pocket
I bought a cozy fleece like this years ago and kept it through weight gains and losses, always there like a good old friend when I need the lightweight warmth. Mine is buttoned, not snapped, which would be an improvement, but IT DOES NOT HAVE THAT OBNOXIOUS POCKET ON THE FRONT. Why a breast pocket on a woman's shirt? Did the designer try this on? Put a cell phone in that pocket? Come On! It is neither cute, cool or useful, looks terrible and keeps me from buying this version.

Who is designing LLbean clothing? What is with the color block design, which I believe went out of style in 1989? And this article of clothing is the best example of how this design doesn’t work. Please! Look at your products!!!
