A good purchase
Wow! Sneakers with an arch, yes Dirigo Sneaker has arch with laces that stay tied. Above all the are comfortable and stay that for the entire day. Very nice Sneaker!

These shoes look nice, but the design of the back is off. They gave my husband horrible blisters on his ankles so they are really unwearable.

Follow-up review
I bought these B Bounder shoes a month ago and got bad blister after first use. I’ve worn them around the house since then to try to ‘break in’. I wore them again for the past two days on a 50 min walk around back country roads to see if they would be OK to wear hiking. BUT they continue to be painful on both heels. No blisters this time (but could be because I have built up some callus. Unfortunately, while I like the shoes and comfortable sole, they cannot be used for hiking (intended purpose). I will be contacting LLBean to request a return/refund

Blisters on heels after first 2-mile walk
The heel has a join in the material part way up the heel. It caused painful blisters on both feet. I’ll try them again after blisters heal and hope it’s just ‘break-in’ that goes away
